*Please be mindful that due to COVID-19 and the holiday season, shipping delays from UPS and USPS may occur*

Shipping prices are not customized by us–they are automatically priced by the carrier (USPS/UPS). Packages are priced by the weight and dimensions of the box. Each order is put together carefully inside a custom box (9”x7”x4”), packed with crinkle paper between products and sealed with industrial tape. If your order is too large to fit in our custom box, it will be shipped out in a USPS Priority Mail Box or simple brown box of the appropriate size. All products are currently contained in PET plastic jars, making them sturdy but still possible to be cracked if thrown around during shipping. Broken/damaged items are NEVER sent out; this includes cracked plastic or heavily dented lids. Once the shipping carrier obtains your package, the order is closed on our end. If you receive a damaged item or package, please contact the carrier that delivered the package. Feel free to email us if you would like further information on how to get in touch with them.

High Heat Index Disclaimer:

All products are made with organic oils and butters, which makes every product meltable at high temperatures. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and bring your package inside as soon as possible. Boxes left out in the sun or in mailboxes for extended periods of time may result in melted products (this does not change the formula of said product, just the physical state). Whipped Body Butters or Body Buffs may melt, or the oil may settle at the top. For melted body butters, simply pop them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and they should go back to their solid state. Body Buffs with settled oil can be stirred with a spoon, popsicle stick, etc. to reincorporate the oil back into the product.

Custom Product Quantities:

There is no minimum quantity for custom products, you may choose to purchase only one item. If you would like to place a custom order that includes more than 6 products, please let us know at least one week in advance so we can stock the necessary packaging and ingredients.

If you are interested in a scent NOT listed on the “Scents” page, send us an email for a custom scent. We’re consistently building our fragrance army, so you will not be charged extra. If we have to order the fragrance, please allow an extra 5-10 business days for your order to ship. If you have a scent in mind, like strawberry poundcake for example, we may be able to concoct the aroma with multiple fragrance oils that are in stock, and your order will not be delayed.

Please notify us if:

-You have an allergy to fragrances: we can make any product 100% fragrance-free.

-You would like a product made ONLY with essential oils and without fragrance oils (this will limit your scent profile to herbal/select floral/citrus).

You may choose to select a color combination of up to 3 colors.
